Family Pictures

We had our family pictures taken in November by an awesome photographer, Amy Herndon. I was super impressed with her work. I think these pictures capture Kate and Maggie's personalities perfectly!

Story Time

We had a lazy Saturday night and played up in the girls' rooms for awhile. Both Kate and Maggie love to read (which makes mommy happy!) and we spend alot of time reading books together. Each of them took a turn reading to us while we taped it. My favorite part of Maggie reading is near the end when she realizes that her book is upside down...obviously by looking at the pictures!:)

Disney World!

We just got home from 5 fun, busy, exciting and tiring days at Disney World thanks to a very generous Christmas gift from Mimi and PopPop! Some highlights from the trip: having breakfast with the princesses in Cinderella's Castle, riding the monorail a lot!, getting our picture taken with Cinderella's mean step-mother and step-sisters, watching fireworks every night from our hotel (The Contemporary), and riding Kate's favorite ride, Dumbo!

It was a super fun trip, but exhausting too! On New Year's Eve, we heard that there were 77,000 people in the Magic Kingdom alone!!! Needless to say, the lines were looong and we tried to Fast Pass as much as possible. That said, we rode all the rides that we really wanted to and everyone had a blast!
